About Us
The Global War On Terrorism History Project sets up at multiple events across Ohio and Michigan to educate the public about The Global War On Terrorism.  At these events we bring artifacts that have been down range with service members.  Most of our artifacts have a personal story from the veteran who used them.  The display is always evolving and changing to keep a variety stories available to be heard.

When you stop by, expect to have your questions answered as best as we can.  You should fully expect to learn something about the items on our tables.   If you just want to look, that's fine too because sometimes we get fully engaged telling stories, and it may take a while for us to get to you. Don't be afraid to ask questions, as that is what we are here to do.

If you're a Veteran and come to see us, be prepared to shoot the shit for a bit.  We're interested in talking to you, and hearing about your story.  We've met Veterans and active duty members, from every branch when we setup.  The common thread is service to our nation and the understanding that comes with that.  We look forward to speaking with you.

Our flag listing every service member killed in OEF/OIF up to 2013.  We've had the honor, and privledge of meeting Gold Star Families that have found their loved ones name.  We've also met Soldiers, Marines, Airmen, and Sailors who have found friends as well.

Some of our helmets on display and a foamboard sign bought from a surplus shop out of Fort Knox.

Signs and uniforms from both Afghanistan that service members have brought home.  Also, our maps, useful for showing family members where you served down range.
